Location: Baxter, Minnesota OR Manor, Texas

Job Type: Fulltime Position with great salary, complete benefit package including fully paid employee medical insurance and performance based bonus.

Job Description: This is a key position reporting directly to our management team. You will be managing and supporting customer projects with significant autonomy to exceed all stakeholder’s expectation. Responsibilities include overseeing critical projects, managing scope of deliverables, meeting budget objectives and assuring on time completion.

Your typical day will include establishing deadlines for team members, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and summarizing project accomplishments, including preparing unified reports for both your customer and Allegiant Management groups.

This is a cross functional position that leads and directs the work of others while having a wide degree of creativity and latitude to meet the customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Assist in Scope, Schedule, Change Control, Risk Assessment and
Deliverables.

Resource Management: Including internal, customer and subcontractors across entire project. Autonomy to supervise, coach and delegate across internal team members.

Fiscal Management: Oversee all budgeted variables including expenses, revenue deliverables and profit objectives.

Customer Advocate: Maintain all aspects of customer relationship.

Project Management: Deliverables include project plan, schedule management, coordination of subcontractors, measure project performance and managing comprehensive project documentation.

Reporting: Compile progressive project metrics and status using proven software tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other advanced project managers tools.

Continual Development: Attend conferences and training to advance your skills and proficiencies.

Required Skills and Abilities
 Proven work experience in project management
 Excellent customer- facing and internal communication skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
 Proficient use of Microsoft Office solutions
 Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
 Firm understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
 Computer skills including proficiency in PC, mobile hand held applications, e-mail, and navigation systems.
 Travel requirement up to 25% nationwide.
 Possess a valid drivers license.
 Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
 Pass pre-employment physical agility testing, drug and alcohol screening

Work Experience:
 Proven and consistent work experience in project management
 Electrical, utility line work or equivalent a plus.

Education:

 Bachelor’s Degree and 2 to 4 years’ experience in field or related industry.
